  • 1¼ cups raw cashews

  • 1 scoop Collagen powder

  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and halved

  • 1 tablespoon raw honey

  • 1 tablespoon unrefined, organic coconut oil, melted


  1. In a food processor, place cashews and pulse into fine pieces. Add protein powder and sea salt; pulse until combined

  2. Add dates, honey and oil; process until combined and sticky

  3. Form into balls and refrigerate until ready to eat
